A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: a German situation report for April 7-8, giving figures for Allied losses; that harbour commanders are to wait for the orders for demolition, on April 7; on the evacuation and demolition at Sousse, on April 7; of the ration strength of the 5th Panzer Army and the 1st Italian Army, on April 1; and that all German Air Force (GAF) airfields south of Enfidaville are no longer serviceable from April 9; on the Mediterranean: that a dive-bomber unit is to move from Crete to Sardinia, on April 9; and a message from General Montgomery to the Prime Minister (PM) (not included).
