Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: of an Allied break-through at the Akarit position, on April 6; and of the move of a German engineer battalion, on April 6; on the Southern Russian Front: of German Air Force (GAF) moves for an operation against the Novorossisk bridgehead; and from the Japanese ambassador in Kuibyshev, that Turkey is considering joining the Allies, from March 31.
