This file includes the following correspondence: a minute from C to the Prime Minister (PM) countering the PM's suggestion that certain Japanese diplomatic reports should be sent to Stalin; and from the German Legation in Kabul, a report of February 16 from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Berlin to Kabul containing details of a planned operation involving the dropping of German agents of Russian extraction into Soviet Central Asia.
