This file includes the following reports on North Africa: a German Air Force (GAF) at Tunis evening report, on March 12; of the German Navy's postponement of the Roselli section because 2 ships were torpedoed, on March 13; Naval Headlines, covering German U-boat activity; and that the Germans believe that Axis convoy intentions are known to the British; from the Japanese ambassador in Kuibyshev, that Soviet attacks continued throughout February; and on a rise in the morale of the population, on March 9; and from the Turkish ambassador in Vichy, that the Germans are confident of victory in a new total mobilisation, on March 10.
