A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: of a German Air Force (GAF) directive for the conduct of operations in Africa, on March 10; that a German reconnaissance thrust on the East Front was broken off; that the GAF claim successful attacks, on March 11; that an Allied Fortress attack on airfields destroys 8 Axis aircraft, on March 10; that the GAF claims successful attacks on enemy motor transport, on March 10; and that the GAF in Tunisia is to take measures to protect aircraft and personnel during air raids, on March 10.
