A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the Mediterranean: that the German Air Force (GAF) consider the convoy threat to Sardinia to be removed, on March 10; that GAF Sardinia was asked to explain its failure to attack an Allied fast convoy, on March 9; and of the GAF's order to attack the convoy, on March 9; on Western Europe: of GAF orders for the guarding of closed airfields, on March 9; and on airfields suitable for GAF operations against the U.K., on March 10; and Naval Headlines, covering Kesselring's threat to disband the French Army.
