This file includes the following reports on North Africa: the German Air Force (GAF) at Tunis report a withdrawal going according to plan, on March 7; a GAF Tunis report on the movements of the Italian 1st Army going according to plan, on March 7; Army Group Africa reports the halting of an attack by superior artillery, and calls for the bringing up of fuel; that Army Group Africa is to report details of Tiger tank losses, on March 6; that Army Group Africa was informed of the despatch of tank and gun reinforcements from Tunis, on March 4; and that elements of Africa Division 999 are to be sent to Africa on March 12-15; on Sardinia: that the GAF was ordered to take precautions against airfield attacks, in view of an approaching convoy, on March 7; and that the GAF was informed of the entry of an Allied convoy into the Mediterranean, on March 7; and on the Southern Russian Front: that the GAF supported an attack by the 4th Panzer Army and a defensive battle on Mius, on March 6.
