This file includes the following reports on North Africa: the German Air Force (GAF) at Tunis report that 12,000 enemy vehicles are between Medenine and Zuara, and that enemy tanks and vehicles were attacked, on March 6; that Axis forces held west of Metameur, on March 6; Naval Headlines, covering that U-boats north east of Newfoundland are to attack a convoy, on March 4; and from the Japanese consul-general in Vienna, that Germany is mobilising men and women to the war industry to release recruits for the Russian Front to counter the Bolshevik menace, on February 27.
