A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: Naval Headlines; from the Japanese minister in Bucharest, a very optimistic report of February 20 on Axis future progress on the Russian Front; and that the Germans are to commit a further 4 million troops to the front this year and stage a major counter-attack; and from the Japanese minister in Sofia, giving views on Mussolini; the Vatican's relations with Italy; and German, U.S. and Italian policy towards the Jews.
