Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: of Army Group Africa's fuel requirements as at March 1 for a planned operation, to reach the Sfax - Gabes area by March 6; for a German Air Force (GAF) unit at Bizerta, its combat tasks for March 3 including support for German ground forces that had reported exceptionally heavy losses from Allied air attacks; and on the Russian Front: a report for March 2, noting further Soviet advances.
