A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: the Panzer Army's Tiger tank return for March 1; that the Panzer Army Africa continues to prepare for a southern operation; that regrouping for the Mareth Front operation continues according to plan; that a special brief on the situation in Tunisia was given on March 1 for the Comando Supremo and the High Command of the German armed forces; that Kesselring sends Hitler's order to commanders to execute on the spot soldiers who disobey orders, particularly when German forces are being withdrawn or evacuated - commanders who do not carry out this action will render themselves liable to execution, on February 27; and a second copy of Hitler's order on how officers should handle indiscipline.
