A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: of an Axis retreat in the face of overwhelming Allied attacks both on the ground and in the air, on February 23; of the Panzer Army under Rommel's decision to retreat in the face of continuous Allied reinforcements, poor weather and limited available Axis forces, on February 22; and Naval Headlines.
