This file includes the following reports on North Africa: that Rommel takes over the command of elements of the advanced HQ of the 5th Panzer Army in addition to the 10th and 21st Panzer Divisions for a planned attack, on February 21; on Norway: of German Air Force (GAF) plans to attack, from bases in Norway, an Allied northern sea route convoy, on February 23; Naval Headlines; and on the Russian Front: a summary of German evacuation by air from the Caucasus during February 1943.
