A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: Naval Headlines; from the Japanese minister in Lisbon, a report of February 19 on intelligence from Germany and Italy; that the German military considers a spring offensive no longer possible on the Russian Front; that Hitler is to give up supreme command of the army to Goering; and that the German population are concerned at military defeats.
