This file includes the following reports: Naval Headlines; from the Japanese minister in Lisbon, a report of February 19 on intelligence from Germany and Italy; that the German military considers a spring offensive no longer possible on the Russian Front; that Hitler is to give up supreme command of the army to Goering; and that the German population are concerned at military defeats.
