A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: the German/Italian Panzer Army's report for February 19, noting that advancing German forces are meeting stiff Allied resistance; that the 15th Panzer Division was withdrawn according to plan on 21 February; the Panzer Army in Africa's situation report for February 19, describing strong British resistance at Sbiba to Axis troops advancing from Sbeitla; and that poor weather prevents any air operations; and Naval Headlines.
