A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: a German Air Force (GAF) situation report on the Axis ground situation as at February 17, noting the capture of Feriana and Thelepte; of a German surprise air attack against Benghazi, on February 17; the Tunis Air Corps' report of February 18, stating that the 10th Panzer Division is advancing north-east through Fondouk, and that the southern group is advancing on Kasserine; and on the Russian Front: that Soviet forces continue their advance, on February 17.
