This file includes the following messages: from the Japanese minister in Sofia, on the war in Russia, as of January 25; from the Japanese minister in Lisbon, forwarding quotes from Portuguese telegrams from Berlin and London, on January 26; on points discussed by the Sultan of Morocco with Churchill and Roosevelt, on January 31; from the German intelligence (Abwehr) in Madrid, querying the late arrival of information relating to the Casablanca Conference; and a response from Tangier, on January 30.
