A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following messages: from the Japanese minister in Sofia, on the war in Russia, as of January 25; from the Japanese minister in Lisbon, forwarding quotes from Portuguese telegrams from Berlin and London, on January 26; on points discussed by the Sultan of Morocco with Churchill and Roosevelt, on January 31; from the German intelligence (Abwehr) in Madrid, querying the late arrival of information relating to the Casablanca Conference; and a response from Tangier, on January 30.
