Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a German naval situation report for all areas, on January 13; on the Russian Front: that Soviet landings between Novorossisk and Anapa are anticipated; and of orders for harassing air raids on specified targets, on January 13; on North Africa: that the fighting strength of the 21st Panzer Division was requested by Kesselring, on January 13; and of a reference to greetings sent to Hitler from the Sultan of Morocco, on January 12.
