A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: that the German Air Force (GAF) at Gabes are to carry out reconnaissance, on January 9; of the extension of the GAF Gabes reconnaissance area, on January 9; that GAF Gabes are to reconnoitre the reported re-grouping of U.S.-French forces in south Tunisia, on January 9; on French advances in south Libya; and on the locations of the French in Tunisia, on January 8; on the Russian fronts: of the Fuehrer's order of the day, that no ground is to be yielded to Soviet attacks, for 1942 November 6; and Naval Headlines, covering Axis supply ships sailing to North Africa.
