A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a 5th Panzer Army day report for January 7, including Arab reports of an enemy landing; the German railway officer at Sfax reports the bombing of Graiba station, on January 9; that the German Air Force (GAF) in Tunis expect an enemy attack on January 10; and of GAF Tunis' orders for January 10 to Bizerta; on the Mediterranean: that the GAF at Elmas is acutely short of aviation fuel, as of January 8; on the Southern Russian Front: a German evening report, noting that the Soviet advance in the Caucasus continues, from January 8; a GAF report of Soviet advances on January 7; and that the GAF are evacuating Mineralnie Vodi, on January 8.
