A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: the Panzer Army under Rommel's day report for January 8, noting that the enemy build-up continues, and giving the fuel situation; on the Southern Russian Front: the 15 Anti-Aircraft (AA) Division's report for January 8; and a German ground forces report of January 7; the Naval Headlines, covering Mediterranean shipping; and from the Brazilian ambassador in London, regarding rumours as to Churchill's whereabouts; and planning for an Allied offensive, on January 6.
