A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: Axis agents' reports about alleged landing plans of the Allies in North Africa, on December 28; Naval Headlines for December 27; from the Turkish ambassador in Vichy, on Laval's interview with Hitler, on December 24; and from the Japanese minister in Madrid, giving the views of the Spanish ambassador in London, on British morale, and foreign and domestic policy, on December 23.
