Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: a Panzer Army report for December 20, noting that a shortage of fuel is preventing positive German actions; that a ship carrying fuel was sunk off the Tunisian coast by Allied ships, on December 21; that the German Air Force (GAF) was ordered to smash recognised Allied concentrations; and that Panzer forces are to carry out harassing tactics to preempt a concerted Allied attack.
