Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: of Kesselring's instructions to the German Air Force (GAF) outlining supply arrangements, and tanks to be used for the support of the Panzer Army; including attacks on airfields in the Sirte area by landings or parachute drops, on December 19; that seven destroyers are bringing German and Italian troops to Birzerta on December 21; and that they are to return to Palermo taking French service personnel.
