A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on Mediterranean: a German Air Force (GAF) report for December 15; that the Allied forces are advancing in Libya; that the Panzer Army is being hindered by a lack of fuel; that soft landing ground is hampering the take-off of aircraft; of the disposition of Italian forces with their defence capability, on December 15; Naval Headlines of December 17, covering destroyers being due in Tunis carrying German troops; and of December 18, covering U-boats being allocated patrol areas off the North African coast.
