This file includes the following reports on North Africa: the German 90th Corps' report for December 14 on the Tunisian situation; a Panzer Army report for December 15, detailing heavy enemy attacks, and that the Panzer Army is to withdraw; that the German Air Force (GAF) in Tunisia has been ordered to escort Ju52 flights, on December 15; that the Germans are unable to unload ships at Sousse due to continuous air attacks, on December 16; that Sfax was requested to supply empty lighters to Sousse, on December 15 (not on the coversheet); that the enemy is attempting to annihilate the Panzer Army's motorised formations; that GAF Tunisia say there has been no damage from Liberator attacks on Bizerta and Tunis, on December 14; that an Axis supply ship was sunk by an air raid on Tunis, on December 15; that German Naval Command have sent barrage balloons and smoke apparatus to Bizerta and Tunis, on December 15; and Tunis reports to the German Naval Command on problems at the harbour, because of sunken vessels, on December 15.
