A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: that the Germans captured information (1816/T17) on a British anti-tank gun in Tunisie, on December 13; the Prime Minister's (PM's) query to the Chief of the Imperial General Staff (CIGS) about this; and the CIGS's reply to the PM on December 16.
