A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: a Panzer Army report for December 13, covering its withdrawal to Agheila; that an Italian vessel was sunk on December 14; that the Germans assess a possible insurrection in Tunisia as unlikely, on December 12; that the German Air Force (GAF) at Castel Benito is to be provided with 75 tons of aviation fuel on December 12 for a large operation to protect a convoy; a query from the Prime Minister (PM) on this; and the First Sea Lord's (1SL's) reply to the PM's query.
