A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: a Panzer Army report for December 8, covering the XXI Army Corps being re-positioned, and the fuel situation being critical; the German Air Force's (GAF's) first report for December 8; that 40 GAF Ju52s are to fly to Gabes with fuel for Tripoli; and that German reinforcements are required, on December 9; on the Mediterranean: of GAF torpedo attacks on ships off Algiers, on December 9; and on the Southern Russian Front: a GAF report of air transport operations by Ju52s, on December 7-8.
