A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: of the despatch of fuel from Gabes to Tripoli; and the German Air Force (GAF) report a shortage of fighters at Tripoli, on December 4; on the Mediterranean: that the Germans are experiencing difficulties with the crews of French ships, on December 4; and an appreciation by the German Foreign Office of Franco-German relations, on December 4.
