This file includes the following reports on North Africa: that air transports of aviation fuel to Libya are far below schedule, on December 2; a Panzer Army report for December 1; 6 CX agent reports on Tunisia, for December 1-2 (an extract); from the Japanese ambassador in Kuibyshev, on Soviet relations with the U.K. and the U.S., on November 18; from the Japanese ambassador in Berlin on Japanese interest in Franco-German relations, on November 27; and Naval Headlines.
