A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: that the transfer of elements of the Panzer Army to Tripoli was cancelled on November 29, with the elements to be re-routed back to Buerat; on France: that the Germans are to take over the arms and equipment of the former French armed forces, on November 29; on the Russian Front: a report for November 29 in the Stalingrad area, detailing Russian counter-attacks; and that the German Air Force (GAF) are providing supplies for the 6th Army 24 hours a day.
