This file includes the following reports on North Africa: that the Axis are short of fuel and ammunition; that extra supplies have been requested from Tripoli; that two British divisions are expected to appear on the approaches to Mersa El Brega on November 25-26; and a detailed report by Rommel on the remote chances of resisting an Allied push in the Mersa Brega area, on November 23.
