A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: the German Air Force (GAF) report that Benghazi harbour is free of the enemy, on November 19; German Broich reports for November 18; and that Mussolini orders communications between Tunisia and Libya to be maintained, on November 19.
