Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the Mediterranean: from the German Navy on arrangements for clearing Tunis harbour on November 11; details of an Axis convoy to Bizerta on November 11; the German secret service report that the Italians are to occupy the whole Mediterranean coast and the transfer of a French fighter group to reinforce the German Air Force (GAF) in Africa, on November 12.
