A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on Norway: that the German Air Force (GAF) in the Lofoten Islands are to make an armed recce against ships on November 4; on North Africa: of an Axis attempt to increase the fuel unloading capacity at Benghazi, on November 3; and the GAF report that a tanker jetty at Tobruk has been destroyed, on November 3; on the Mediterranean: that Kesselring has been informed of the arrival of a convoy at Gibraltar, on November 4; and Naval Headlines, covering Mediterranean shipping.
