This file includes the following reports on North Africa: of a successful German counter attack; of heavy losses but successes, with supply ships being sunk; that a Panzer regiment is to withdraw on the night of November 1-2; that the 90th Light Division are meeting strong resistance, on October 31; that the German Air Force (GAF) are to move a fighter group to Tobruk, on November 2; and that Rommel has been informed of General Montgomery's view of him, on October 3; on the Mediterranean: that a supply ship en route to Tobruk was sunk on November 1; and that an Axis convoy is en route to Tobruk on November 1.
