This file includes the following reports on North Africa: of the German Air Force's (GAF's) tasks for October 29; that Kesselring is expecting an improvement when fighter and fighter-bomber reinforcements arrive; that Hitler is to make a final decision on moving an additional division into the Panzer Army, but Berlin considers it a low priority, on October 26; and a detailed statement on the numbers of German and Italian troops in North Africa and their support requirements, from October 19.
