A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: a German Air Force (GAF) report of activities undertaken to counter Allied air superiority on October 24; a German intelligence assessment of the strength of the Allied fighting troops; that Rommel has been informed of an anticipated intensification of the Allied attack; and that a GAF medical unit was bombed by U.S. aircraft.
