Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: Naval Headlines, covering shipping bound for North Africa; from the Greek ambassador in Kuibyshev, that the Japanese ambassador denies any intention to attack the Soviet Union, on October 14; on North Africa: the Panzer Army reports Indian deserters and requests the German Air Force (GAF) to drop leaflets, on October 14; with a query from the Prime Minister (PM) and a holding reply from the Chief of the Imperial General Staff (CIGS), see 1067 above.
