A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: of a complaint that the German Air Force (GAF) have not flown in the agreed numbers of reinforcements for the Panzer Army on October 14; Naval Headlines, covering Mediterranean shipping; on Europe: that Hitler orders the call-up of German 15-year-olds for auxiliary war service, on October 15; and from the Japanese ambassador in Bangkok, that Japanese forces in Burma are preparing for a campaign against India, on October 10.
