Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the Mediterranean: a German Air Force (GAF) report of sabotage at Italian Air Force aerodromes on Rhodes; Naval Headlines; and messages from the Italian Foreign Ministry to the Legation in Bangkok, that the Japanese policy on India is a waiting one, from September 6; and from the Japanese Foreign Minister to the ambassador in Berlin, that Japan considers that the Soviet Union is maintaining its force level in the east because of the Japanese threat, on September 11.
