A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: that aircraft at the front are to be blown up if they are not serviceable; that the 90th Light Division is to withdraw westwards; on air reconnaissance for September 4; that Mussolini requests a meeting with Kesselring over Malta; of German Air Force (GAF) fuel shortages; and on details of Nehring's wounds.
