A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: a German Air Force (GAF) report for August 28, describing Axis supply ships being lost in spite of GAF fighter escorts and jamming aircraft, and that the shortage of GAF aircraft is contributing to these losses; and from the Mexican minister in London, speculation on the future progress of the war, on August 28.
