This file includes the following reports on the German Navy: a general report for July 22; Naval Headlines, covering Italian activity; and messages from the Portuguese minister in Stockholm, on German and French views on the war situation, on July 22; from the Portuguese minister in Tokyo, on Japanese relations with the Soviet Union and Germany, on July 24; from the Turkish minister in Madrid, on Spain and the war, on July 21; and from the Turkish minister in Cairo, on British military failures and future policy, on July [22].
