A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: from German Air Force (GAF) flak defences in Tobruk, a report on RAF raids of July 18-19; on the 15th Panzer Division's situation and intentions being unchanged, on July 19; that the GAF are to attack shipping at Suez on the night of July 20-21; that Fuka aerodrome was closed by delayed action bombs on July 19; and that Fuka was still closed as of July 20; and on the Southern Russian Front: of GAF operational orders for July 20.
