A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: a Panzer Army report for July 15, that Allied forces have over-run the Brescia Division and parts of the Pavia Division, but were blocked by a counter-attack by the Panzer Army; and on the Southern Russian Front: that the 8th Air Corps is supporting the advance of the 14 Panzer Corps in the Donets area on July 15.
