A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: on RAF raids north of Deir El Abyad, on July 16; a 21st Panzer Division report on RAF raids; that the Commanding Officer (CO) of a long-range bomber unit was transferred from France to Sicily to arrive in Bir El Abd, with the unit to be used for a limited period; that the Panzer Army is mustering all its mobile elements to form a pocket; and on the 'low resistance' of Italian Divisions.
