This file includes the following reports on North Africa: on the German Air Force's (GAF's) concern over fuel supplies in the operational area, on July 9; and of a GAF query about fuel deliveries, on July 7; on the Russian Front: a German ground forces general report for July 9; Naval Headlines, covering Italian activity; from the Italian minister in Kabul, that the Afghan government has arrested foreign agents on July 6, and on the possibilities of future collaboration with Kabul; from the Japanese ambassador in Berlin, on policy on India, from July 2; and from the Turkish ambassador in Kuibyshev, that China's position is grave because of a lack of Allied aid as of July 7.
