A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the Eastern Front: that Hitler is at Poltava, on June 26; on North Africa: on German preparations for, and an account of, the taking of Tobruk; of Rommel's celebratory address to the troops, on June 21; of Kesselring's and Rommel's operational plans for exploitation of the situation in Libya, which were submitted for approval, on June 21; on arrangements for sea borne supplies for the Panzer Army going via Bardia and Tobruk; and that Italian submarines are to transport fuel to Derna and Tobruk.
